68: What’s Up, Doc? (1972)
Roddy Flynn and Kenny Neal join Patrick for what is most likely the zenith of Barbra's film career if you ask us and it's our podcast so who else you gonna ask?
67: All Night Long (1981)
Paul Caiola and Erika Villalba from the That Aged Well podcast join Patrick for what is considered the nadir of Barbra’s career. But is it? Is it . . . really? Especially with Dennis Quaid’s hair and the appearance of Mr. William Daniels?!
66: The Owl and the Pussycat (1970)
Confession time. This whole “Year of Barbra” thing has really been a long con to promote a production of the play The Owl and the Pussycat directed by Patrick and starring today’s guests: Serena Berman (Hair, tick, tick…BOOM!) and A.J. Ditty (High Fidelity). We open at the Snapple Theatre this fall on the set of Perfect Crimes and are actively looking for investors.
65: Nuts (1987)
Rob W. Schneider (Sondheim: A Celebration at Carnegie Hall, La Cage Aux Folles) and Roddy Flynn (Anyone Can Whistle, et al.) join Patrick for yet another bad psychiatrist movie. Now with 5x as much ACTING!
64: On a Clear Day You Can See Forever (1970)
Playbill’s Logan Culwell-Block (Little Shop of Horrors) joins Patrick for ANOTHER unethical psychiatrist film. But this one’s a musical. And incomprehensible. And funny sometimes!
63: The Prince of Tides (1991)
Jenna Place (Fiddler on the Roof) and Kari Ginsburg (Gypsy, A Star is Born, et al.) join Patrick for a film Barbra directed that almost isn’t about a shrink who sleeps with a patient. Almost.
62: Hello, Dolly! (1969)
Patrick is joined by Marc Bonanni (Drat! The Cat!) and Sophie Schulman (Funny Girl) for one of their favorite movie musicals that Patrick has actively avoided since 1998.
61: The Mirror Has Two Faces (1996)
Zach Raffio and HaleyJane Rose from The Broadway Beat join Patrick to kick off the Year of Barbra! We start at the end (or at least as close to the end as Patrick is willing to go) with this rom com(?) about a professor, a Bond, her sister, and her mother.
60.1: Funny Girl (1968)
Fan-favorites Roddy Flynn and Robbie Rozelle are here to kick off THE YEAR OF BARBRA on The Original Cast at the Movies with her cinematic and Oscar-winning debut!
60: Mamma Mia!: Here We Go Again (2018)
Mary Myers (Songs for a New World) and Eliza Tebo (Godspell 1973) come together with Patrick for our final musical sequel of the year! The real question is: Has Patrick seen the first one?
59: Judy (2019)
Michael Finke (Elegies) and Sophie Schulman (Funny Girl) join Patrick for our last biopic of the year: JUDY. Yes, it won an Oscar but is it "good?"
58: Return to Oz (1985)
Patrick, Kari Ginsburg, and Robbie Rozelle contend with the nightmare-fuel(!!) sequel(?) to The Wizard of Oz, aptly titled: RETURN TO OZ!
57: De-Lovely (2004)
Join Patrick, Kimberly Cooper Schmidt, and Robert W. Schneider as they contend with the musical comedy Cole Porter biopic DE-LOVELY! Two of them loved it, one isn't sure! Also Infiniti commercials! And irony!
56: Amadeus (1984)
James Finley (The Life) and Kari Ginsburg (Gypsy, et al.) join Patrick to toss about the Mozart biopic(?) and winner of 8 Oscars (including Best Picture): AMADEUS.
55: Lady Sings the Blues (1973)
Don Mike Mendoza (Hot Mikado, Do I Hear a Waltz?) and Duane Richards II (SpongeBob SquarePants) join Patrick for Berry Gordy’s production of Diana Ross’s Oscar-nominated performance of a version of Billie Holiday’s life story.
54: Shock Treatment (1981)
Courtney Laine Self (Crazy for You) is back to talk about this sequel(?) to The Rocky Horror Picture Show that isn’t weird enough for some, good for others, and definitely is about something.
Watch SHOCK TREATMENT on YouTube.

CW: The Holocaust. Shoes on the Danube Bank Memorial
53: 24 Hour Party People (2002)
Casey Erin Clark (Little Women) and Chris Klimek (It's a Bird...It's a Plane...It's Superman!) are here on Patrick's birthday for a movie about tortured genius . . . or is it?
"Unknown treasures: the forgotten women of Manchester’s Factory Records"
52: Staying Alive (1983)
Aaron J. Albano (Starmites) and Kenny Neal (Starlight Express) are the perfect combo to explore Sylvester Stallone's 1983 sequel to Saturday Night Fever: STAYING ALIVE!

50: Grease 2 (1982)
The Year of Sequels and Biopics continues with a sequel that maybe isn't a movie? Serena Berman and Joanna McKee join Patrick to figure out of the secrets of GREASE 2!
